Automated Google review requests

Every finished job turns into a review request sent by text or email, with a one-tap link to your Google review page. You do the work; the asking happens automatically.

Included in: Starter ($297 setup + $297/mo), Growth ($750 setup + $597/mo), Pro ($1,500 setup + $997/mo). Every plan includes a business texting number, carrier registration for business texting and up to 500 outgoing texts a month. Texts beyond the 500 included each month are $0.04 each. Compare plans.

Why recent reviews matter

BrightLocal's Local Consumer Review Survey 2026 found 47% of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews, and 74% only pay attention to reviews written in the last three months.[2] A steady flow of new reviews matters more than a one-time burst.

How it works

  1. When a job is marked done, the customer gets a short, friendly request from your business.
  2. The link goes straight to your public Google review page.
  3. If they don't respond, one polite reminder goes out. That's it, no nagging.
  4. New reviews show up where you can see and reply to them.

We ask everyone, and we follow the rules

We send requests to every customer, not only the ones we expect to be happy. Google's policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews or selectively asking for positive ones, and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews bans fake reviews and review suppression. We never write, buy or filter reviews, and we don't offer incentives for them.

Common questions

Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?

No. We send review requests to every customer, not just the ones we expect to be happy. Filtering out unhappy customers (called "review gating") is against Google's rules and can get reviews removed. We never write or buy fake reviews.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google doesn't allow incentives for reviews, so we don't set them up.

What if I get a bad review?

Reply calmly and specifically, and fix what you can. Starter includes reply templates. On Growth and Pro we draft the reply, and it's posted after you approve it.
