How text messages from Squareline Growth, and from the local businesses we send texts for, work, and how to stop them.

Program description
Squareline Growth runs business texting for local service businesses (our "clients"). There are two kinds of messages:
- Messages sent on behalf of our clients. These come from the client's business texting number and name that business in the message. They're about your call, inquiry, estimate, appointment or job, and can include a reply after a call the business missed, follow-ups about a request you made, a request to review your experience, and replies from the business to your texts. You may receive them after you call the business and don't reach anyone, text the business, submit a form and agree to receive texts, or agree in person or by phone.
- Messages from Squareline Growth. We text clients at the mobile number they give us, for example to forward texts their customers send to the business number, and about their service. We text people who request a free audit only if they've agreed to receive texts from us.
Messages are informational, not promotional. Automated follow-ups and review requests are sent between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, or tell us in plain words. You'll receive one message confirming you've opted out, and then no further texts from that sender. Opt-outs take effect right away. To opt back in, reply START. You can also opt out by emailing hello@squarelinegrowth.com.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help. For messages from a business we work with, you can also contact that business directly. For anything else, email hello@squarelinegrowth.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
