Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These terms apply to services provided by Squareline Growth ("we," "us") to a business that signs up for them ("you," the "client"). By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

1. Services and plans

• Starter: $297 one-time setup + $297/month. Missed-call text-back, automated review requests to every customer, review reply templates, and a one-time Google Business Profile cleanup. Automated lead follow-up can be added for $97/month.
• Growth: $750 one-time setup + $597/month. Everything in Starter, plus monthly Google Business Profile management, review replies we draft for you to approve, 2 local pages a month that you approve, automated lead follow-up, a one-time cleanup of your top 10 business listings followed by quarterly checks, and a monthly results report (a shared spreadsheet plus an email summary).
• Pro: $1,500 one-time setup + $997/month. Everything in Growth, with 4 local pages a month instead of 2, plus the full AI search visibility playbook, a monthly AI prompt tracking report and an AI texting assistant.

2. Setup fees and billing

• Each plan has a one-time setup fee for the setup work on that plan.
• Plans are billed monthly, month to month. There's no long-term contract.
• We bill setup fees, monthly fees and any overage as shown on your invoice.

3. Texting allowance and overage

Every plan includes a business texting number, carrier registration for business texting, and up to 500 outgoing texts a month for each location. Texts beyond the 500 included each month are $0.04 each. Texts your customers send to you don't count toward the 500.

4. Multiple locations

Each additional location is 50% of your plan's monthly price, with no extra setup fee. Each location gets its own business texting number and its own 500 included texts a month. Pro plans with three or more locations are priced by custom quote.

5. Your responsibilities

• Consent. You're responsible for having the consent required by law and carrier rules for every customer contact you give us or ask us to message. Don't give us bought, rented or shared lists, or contacts without consent records.
• Accurate information. You'll give us accurate, current business information, including what carriers need to register your business texting, and tell us when it changes.
• Approval of content. You'll review and approve message templates, review replies, local pages and other content before it goes live. You're responsible for content you approve.
• Your accounts. Your business accounts, such as your Google Business Profile, stay yours. You'll give us the access we need to do the work.
• Lawful use. You won't use our services to send promotional messages without the right consent, or for anything unlawful or misleading.

6. No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions

We don't guarantee any search ranking, map position, number of reviews, number of leads, or that ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity or any other AI tool will mention your business. Google, AI companies and other platforms decide what they show. We do the work and report honestly on results.

7. Review policy

We send review requests to every customer you mark as having a completed job, not only the ones you expect to be happy. We never gate reviews, screen customers by rating before asking, offer or set up incentives for reviews, or write, buy or post fake reviews. We won't ask customers to include specific content or staff names. You agree not to ask us to do any of these things.

8. Texting rules

We don't send automated texts for you until your business texting registration is approved. Every automated text names your business and includes opt-out instructions, and opt-outs apply across all of your automations. We may pause texting if needed to follow the law or carrier rules. 9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@squarelinegrowth.com. We'll confirm in writing the date your service and billing end. We may end or suspend service if invoices go unpaid or if these terms are broken.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
